Payment must be received before items are shipped, i.e. Payment of the item, shipping, (and private insurance if requested by the buyer)

All items are shipped by Swiss Post and DHL

All items shipped are insured and price is declared

Shipping insurance is paid by the seller

If you live in another country and buy an item, you can’t ask us to mark the item as a gift in the customs declaration. This is illegal, and against our policies.

Return policy

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, the company provides a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. A full refund will be given under the following conditions:

  • All Items should be returned using a trackable shipping method.
  • All items must be insured.
  • All product packaging (boxes, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
  • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  • Items that have been resized, damaged, switched or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
  • Items in original condition past the return window* – 50% of the item’s price
  • Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use will not be accepted for return.
  • The merchandise must precisely match product data records. Merchandise that does not match product data in our records will be returned or refused.
  • All Custom orders are non-refundable.
  • All products are inspected upon receipt prior to any refunds, exchanges or credits being made. We will wait until we’ve received a returned item before issuing a refund.
  • Artecorp is not responsible for any product that it does not actually receive or that is not returned in accordance with the aforementioned terms.
  • When returning an item you can choose the refund as a Gift Card or credit
  • Sale items have no refund
  • If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of an Artecorp error, the cost of return shipping as well as insurance will be assumed by the buyer
  • We do not refund the original shipping fees

All items from 50 dollars – 3000 dollars are sent by Swiss Post

All items over 3000 dollars are sent by DHL

The buyer may request a private insurance, which in this case must be paid by the buyer.
